When requesting to become a Collection Point for AHAVA HOUSE you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions:
(1) Your organization will display the AHAVA HOUSE Drop-off box in a place where donors are able to find it with ease.
(2) Your logo, name, and location can be display on AHAVA HOUSE’s website, social media, and marketing materials, as one of our Collection Points available.
(3) AHAVA HOUSE will not use your information for any other purposes different from those of being a Collection Point.
(4) An AHAVA HOUSE staff member may come to your location at business hours, once a week, or once a month to pick-up the contents of the Drop-off Box.
(5) All information you provided on your application is true and accurate.
(6) You may remove the Collection Point at any time by letting us know at ahavahouseworldwide@gmail.com We’d be sorry to see you go!
(7) AHAVA HOUSE may suspend your Collection Point at any time if and when you break any of these Terms, or misuse of the Collection Point is reported or noticed, or we suspend the Collection Point in your area, country, or state.
