NO+ HUNGER

Sadly, in La Guajira, Colombia, there are children literally starving to death. In February of 2015, Juan Rojas, representative of the Guajiros in front of the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights, reported that in the past three years, 4,770 children have died because of malnutrition and lack of water. Countless of destitute families have absolutely nothing to eat. During our visit to one of the Rancherias in Rioacha, one of the Wayuu mothers came to us and thanked us, "you know, God sent you... we had nothing to eat until you came and we were desperate. You are God-sent". As you read this, there are many Wayuu children and adults going to bed  with an empty belly, and struggling during the day to withstand hunger.

Through our NO+ HUNGER program, and with the contributions of our partners and donors, we are able to provide essential food products to many Wayuu families in La Guajira, Colombia. We need your help to continue feeding the hungry. Your gift today can help us reach more Rancherias. Go ahead, do something great... stop starvation and save many lives.

"Come you who are blessed by my Father, take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me to drink..." Matthew 25:34-35
